By using Formation you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Accounts

Give accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your password private. Coaches decide who joins their team and are responsible for approving members.

Club subscriptions

Clubs pay a monthly subscription for their teams. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay.

Team content

You own what you post. You let Formation store and show it to your team so the app works. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.

Safety

Formation is not an emergency or medical service. Wellness check-ins are not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 911; for a mental health crisis call or text 988.

Ending use

You can stop using Formation at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Formation is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
